Wordpress.org is the best paid blog platform.

WordPress.org – Wait, what is the difference between wordpress.com and
wordpress.org? To put it simply WordPress.com is where you will go to set
up a basic, easy blog with limited features. WordPress.org is where you will
go to get a self-hosted wordpress blog.

How to Setup a Self-Hosted Blog
You can skip this section, if you are going to be using one of the first three options
above.
Getting a self hosted blog from WordPress.org is probably the top choice for most
bloggers. It does require more work up front and does have small costs associated
with it: buying a domain name (around $10/year) and hosting your blog (around
$10/month).
It is the best way to customize your blog’s look and other features, and the best part
is you can use your own domain name (i.e. yourblog.com). WordPress.org has a
great step-by-step guide for getting you set up in case you need guidance.

Start by purchasing a domain name.
Domain Samurai is a good tool that will help you enter in a keyword and then
find a bunch of related domains that are still available. Go for a .com rather
than a .info or .us or anything else for that matter. A .com is always going to
hold more value than any other extension. For a simpler tool, just go to
psychicwhois.com and find an open one.

What Is A Blog?
A blog is a short form for “weblog”. Essentially, it is just a website that has entries
listed in reverse sequential order.
Over the last decade, a lot of software programs and blogging platforms have been
set up to make the process extremely easy. A blog writer can select any platform,
type their entry, press submit and show it to the world. Creating a blog is one of the
easiest ways out there to start a website. If you haven’t started one yet, why not try
it? It is very quick to set up and can be completely free.

What Might It Cost To Start Blogging?
You will find many services that allow you to start a blog for free. It is suggested to
use one of the free services to get a basic feel for blogging and “get your feet wet.”
Once you have decided to stick with it and that you want to make money with your
blog, you can move up to a self-hosted blog.

Finding a niche area for your blog:
The first thing that you need to do for starting a blog is finding the niche of your
blog. Niche is a topic that your blog is going to be about.
If you are planning to make money in 2016, your chances of success will be better if
you blog on a single topic.

Here are 2 free ways that I feel are best to start your blog with:

1. Blogger.com – Blogger is also very good, easy to set up, owned by Google, you
can customize the theme, and the domain name includes “.blogspot.com”.
Blogger is continuously upgrading itself to become more customizable and
currently has a lot more options than they did a few years ago.

2. WordPress.com – It is completely free, easy to set up, you can customize the
theme, but other customizations are limited, domain name includes
“.wordpress.com”.

That is a start. Very important to set up separate blogs for different subjects
if you want to use it to make money. An example would be a Work From
Home Blog, A Dod Owners blog, or a gardening blog. Different blog for
each subject.

Here Is Some Advice On Free Traffic

                                       

Hello,

Scott the old dude marketer here again. My last message was about
paid traffic and how it is very easy to do with the MTTB system
and MOBE's sales funnel system and them promoting to your prospects
for you so that is taken care of.

It is faster by far to do paid traffic, but many people either
don't have the budget to do it or the guts to do it right out of the gate.
Free Traffic does take some work and some time. Getting a following
on Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, etc. takes time. Those are
excellent places to promote and they are free. Blogging is another
way to promote almost anything also.

I blog, post on twitter, post videos on youtube and daily
motion and vimeo. I get some traffic from these but it
takes a lot tof time and patience to build a following. John Chow
