high paying niche that has a good amount
of advertsiers as we wil be monetizing our
site mainly with adsense. This will give you a

Once you have some niches written down that you
would like to try, you need to get a cost to advertisers
per click. You can get this free from Spyfu.com for free.
Enter the phrase or keyword and this will reurn all data
you need such as cost per click, estimated number of clicks
a day, etc. helps a lot in your devision making.

The range of cost per click you want is .50 cents or higher.
get as high as you can as you will be paid a percentage
of these clicks from adsense. You put the adsense
on your site and off you go.

Real estate. it is about making websites(very easy),
adding good content(very easy), driving trafdfic to
the site and then selling it for a nice profit. it is
inexpensive to make but worth a lot once running
to other people.

This is like buying a run down home, fixing it up,
then selling it for a profit. You can build these sites
real easy(I will tell you how), then sedll them.
Work from home any time! Roll out of bed, create a site,
get traffic to it, and sell it on sites that are there
for people to buy and sell websites. kind of like
Ebay for websites and domains.

It is not unusual to make between $300 and $2,000
for one site once it is going. there is always a

Hello,

Scott the old dude marketer here with a quick post about trust, which
I think people don't have a lot of now days. I am 63 years old with 2
grown kids, a great wife, and a ghost dog named Max that I had
to put down 2 years ago at 14 with tumors. I still miss him to this day
and hope he is with us and watching and waiting for me to come to
heaven. That is him and I above. He is the good looking one!

My point is, I have nothing to gain by scamming or lying. I am
in this internet marketing business for the long haul and you
won't survive without trust. I am old school from the days where
we counted on help from friends and gave it freely, actually talked
face to face and not over some device, and actually cared about
friends and family. I know that is foreign now, but it used to be the norm.
