You are off to a good start. Now you will need at least
30 days of earnings averaging over 1$ a day. if you find
you are not reaching this amount, you need to ramp up
your promotion of your site. More articles spread around, etc.
If you monetize your site with adsense, you can usually
sell it for 8-12 times your monthly average earnings.
Example: make 40 a month, sell for 400-480$. earn just
an average of 5$ a day(very easy), sell for 900-1800$.

This is very achievable in a short period of time

Now promotion of your site is vital to your
sales and success. ou need to submit your site
to some social bookmarking sites. You can find these
by searching Google. Don't go overboard with this
as this could hurt your rankings. just do some
and it will drive some initial traffic and help
get your site indexed in Google faster. Also submit
your site to some directories as this will also help
with rankingds and backlinks you your site.

Now you need to write and article of maybe 400 words or so
using a few of your keywords throughout and submit
to some article directories. try gto use keywords with
10,000 searches a month or less. then submit it to
ezine articles, Goarticles, et. Submit it to as many
as you can. keyword denity should be less than 3%. xample;
with 400 words you shouldnt use your keyword more than
10 times. This will get your article tons of
exposure and get it ranked fast.

This is Scott The Old Dude Marketer with another installment
of how to become a domain and website flipper. This segment
is about finding a hosting company that is good.

Hostgator is very good, blue host also, go daddy and more, but I
like hostgator. I get the reseller hosting package as I am going to
be reselling, DUH! This allows me to just set up an account for
the buyer that all they have to do is create their login and they
have the site under their control. I can sell that hosting
and make even a bit more money, and it is easier for the buyer
than having to have me send the files, etc.

The reseller option is the only wat to go as you can charge the buyer
a small fee for the hosting through you. This will have you in
profit each month on the webvhosting too. You can even offer them
6 months free then pay as you are already paying for the hosting yourself.
Hostgator also has excellent uptime, means no time where your site
is offline, plus great customer service if you have a problem. That is invaluable.

Hello Again,

Scott the old dude marketer here with a 4th installment of the
domain flipping and website flipping mini course. The last article was
keyword research that we just touched on, there are many ways
to do keyword research, just find the one you like.

Your next step is to write articles for your site based on your
keywords you chose.You are going to write 1 article per keyword
phrases that you chose and do onsite optimization for thses pages.
This means ensuring thsat your target keywords are in the meta keyword
and description tags. You want the keyword phrase in your
article also but DO NOT keyword stuff your article. This will kill
it with the search engines and get you no traffic.
You can write them yourself or outsource is very nice. Fivr.com is
a great outsource site. I would suggest you do outsource them and it will be
way more professional then if you do them.

Make sure you get a few bids for your project, and not just
take the first one. They have ratings and reviews for the writers
also. Use them make and sure your articles are at least 300 to 400 words.
The search spiders love them.

3rd installment of how to do website or domain
flipping for profit. it is how to build your site.

There are lots of site building help out there. I won't
go into the the actual process of building your site.
There a number of website builder software out there
or use wordpress like I do, and your hosting company
usually has help with that or there are hundreds of you
tube videos to teach you. it would tske me a whole nother
pdf to do.

You need to do research for long tailed keywords for
your site. 4 to 5 per each article we will have on site.
A long tailed keyword is usually 4 or more words long and
will have lower competition, but still has searches. By
doing long tailed keywords, you will get more searches
faster because of the lack of competition. A broad keyword
might be shoes or golf shoes. the long tailed keyword would
be white mens golf shoes. See, less competion. I use Google
Keyword Planner to seek out keywords, but there many
more keyword tools you can use. Just check you tube.
The golf shoes keyword will have thousands of monthly searches
where the white golf shoe k.w. will have maybe 2000 per month.
easier to rank in Google for that keyword.
You can get lists for high ranking long tailed k.w. at
www.high ranking keywords.com.

Once you have some niches written down that you
would like to try, you need to get a cost to advertisers

Enter the phrase or keyword and this will reurn all data
you need such as cost per click, estimated number of clicks
a day, etc. helps a lot in your devision making.

The range of cost per click you want is .50 cents or higher.
get as high as you can as you will be paid a percentage
of these clicks from adsense. You put the adsense
on your site and off you go.

This is Scott, The Old Dude Marketer with some thoughts about
and to share my experience with internet marketing. This is
from the heart and is designed to try and help you to make
the best decision about a home based business for yourself.
One that works for me and thousands of others.

I wanted a home based business for years. An internet marketing
home based business to be specific. i didn't want to deal with
a building, employees, inventory, etc. i just wanted to make
some extra retirement and living money the easy way, or so I
thought.

I was blindsided by all the so called 1 click wonders out
there. one click and you are making money in seconds. Spent
a pile on those and refunded all of them because they didn't work!
Actually, I couldn't even refund some because the "guru" had disappeared.
I was fairly depressed and my wife was pissed about the money
i spent.

Then I was taken by an ad from a well known internet marketer
who is very successful. I did my due diligence and he is the real deal.
he has his own products that work but still got into MOBE and the
MTTB entry program. Did it the way we all do and is now making a pile with

Follow these tips and seek feedback from your audience and you can be confident
that you’re writing good blog posts. These tips will help you create posts that are easy
for readers to follow and digest, and make them loyal fans of your blog.

#1: Brainstorm ideas to outline Your Topic

To start developing content for new posts, you need to collect ideas.
Because inspiration often occurs outside of the office, make a habit of saving ideas for titles,
topics and even paragraphs in tools like Evernote, Google Drive or Basecamp as you think of them.
Now you can take the ideas you’ve collected and share them with interested groups inside your
company (such as department heads or managers) to see if anyone can contribute even more
examples or anecdotes to help you take the post further.
This collaboration helps flesh out an idea and links it to other ideas or content you might
not have considered. Some of this input may also help create the sections that make up your post.
After the brainstorming session is over, create an outline.

#2: Start writing and structuring your Post

Now you’re ready to pull everything together. Make sure that from start to finish, the structure
of your post is easy for readers to follow.

#3 Write great introduction

The first paragraph of a blog post should always introduce what your post is about.
You can engage readers by starting with a question or by quoting something relevant,
though always from a personal point of view.
A good introduction explains the topic and draws your reader in.
You can use up to 60 words in the first paragraph to connect with your audience.

its topic in just a few words.

#4  Break up the post in sections

As you write the body of your post, try to find ways to guide the reader along and make the content more accessible.
Divide your post into sections to break up your content into small pieces that are easily digestible, and then add headings

#3 Next, create space throughout your content.

Here’s a tip: Make a list. Why a list?
Well, lists are:
#1 Easy to read and scan.
#2 Show multiple ideas in a single a glance.
# Are trendy. ? Are great at making the point that lists are great. 
#4 Bullet points help readers connect with your content so they understand it more clearly
and easily. Use them to make statistics, products, action steps and other information stand out.

Creating and Managing a successful
Business Blog

#1: What are your Blog Goals

Before you start blogging, ask yourself these important questions:
? Why am I starting a blog?
? How will it benefit me?
? How will it benefit my audience?
Your answers to these questions will prompt you to identify key business goals for
your blog. Set specific blogging goals that are aggressive, yet realistic no matter
where you are in the blogging process.

#2: Know Who You Want To Target as Your Audience

You cannot please everyone all the time. And that is why have to know exactly whom
you’re targeting and why. Who is your audience? To attract the ideal audience to your
blog, you have to understand who they are and what they need. That way you
can craft content that is both relevant and helpful to your readers. You can use
your customers’ demographics, needs and behaviors to create buyer personas,
which will help you, focus your content.

#3.: How Often will you post to your blog

How often should you blog? How much time are you willing to dedicate each week to
creating valuable content on your blog? How many posts can you write or assign
without spreading yourself too thin?
You need to set reader expectations and commit to a reasonable schedule when
blogging. It is important to be consistent. It will reduce the pressure you may feel to
blog every day and try to create a blogging schedule that will work for you.

#4: How To Write Blog Post

Your blog posts should be on point with your content or what your
blog is about whether it be pets, weight loss, etc. Don't go "off the
reservation" so to speak. Make the posts very informative and something
that is useful to your readers. Ask for their comments to see how you might
do better. you will get better with time.

#5.: Promoting your blog and sharing on social media is very
important to grow your reader list. Even after you hit
Publish on your business blog, there’s still a lot more work to do.
Find unique ways to drive traffic to your blog. Dubbler, Facebook, Vine,
SlideShare, Pinterest and Instagram can all be used to share your content and get
new readership.
